MS Auto Parts specializes in high pressure aluminum die casting, miniature zinc die casting, sand casting, green sand casting, gravity casting, secondary finishing and finished assemblies. We are supplying our products to industries such as automotive, industrial,electrical, household consumables, refrigeration, electronics and more. We also have the capacity to add value to the castings. This is accomplished with state of the "art" & "work cell" & that handle machining, cleaning, assembly, plating and pressure testing.

1. Die Cast Capabilities

We can develop components from 50 grams to 5 kgs in pressure, sand, gravity or center fugal casting process. In high pressure die casting we have capabilities from 120 tons to 600 tons.

2. Machined Castings

Any features can be machined into base castings with our top quality infrastructure of CNC and VMC machining center. Our skilled operators employ all forms of machining to meet your requirements : multi-point drilling and tapping, milling, boring, lathe work, and grinding.

3. Finishing

After all aspects of the casting and machining are complete, we can apply all aesthetic, functional, or protective coatings. The various finishing options include vibratory deburring, shot blasting, painting, and chroming.
